The appendix 5 of JIS X 0213 allow to use alternate character name
for some code points.
However, RFC 2978 mandates an unique mapping.

However, the definition associated with a
charset name must fully specify the mapping to be performed. In
particular, use of external profiling information to determine the
exact mapping is not permitted.

So you will have to choose only one mapping.

What do you think about this ambiguity? Please clarify your choice
on the proposed registration.
